Maintenance Tech
Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Tech with heat treat or brazing experience to ensure the reliability and maintenance of various equipment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair
High school diploma/GED required; technical training preferred
Forklift and crane certification required, along with CPR, First Aid, and Hazmat training
Preferred Skills:
Broad knowledge of mechanics, controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Experience with power transmission equipment, welding, fabrication, and rigging
Ability to use blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring instruments
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as Equipment Champion responsible for the reliability and maintenance of various equipment
Plan and coordinate repairs and rebuilds
Perform diversified maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding work
Diagnose and repair equipment using blueprints and manuals
Conduct preventive maintenance by inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning equipment
Train team members on equipment care and safety practices
Keep accurate maintenance records in compliance with safety and environmental standards
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate vendor support as needed
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
