Reliability Engineer

Focus on enhancing equipment uptime and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment integrity across Manufacturing and Packaging buildings.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with equipment reliability, not validation
• Strong understanding of SDM production and packaging equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, and clean room standards
• Familiarity with failure analysis and corrective action implementation
• Expertise in regulatory compliance related to maintenance activities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in writing and updating SOPs, maintenance manuals, and equipment specifications
• Ability to develop maintenance plans for both internal staff and contractors
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance plans for repairing, maintaining, and testing systems such as production/packaging equipment, HVAC, utilities, and clean rooms
• Conduct failure analysis to improve equipment reliability and recommend replacements as needed
• Write, update, and approve technical documentation, including SOPs and specifications
• Support root cause identification for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for all maintenance activities

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
