Reliability Engineer
Focus on enhancing equipment uptime and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment integrity across Manufacturing and Packaging buildings.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with equipment reliability, not validation
- Strong understanding of SDM production and packaging equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, and clean room standards
- Familiarity with failure analysis and corrective action implementation
- Expertise in regulatory compliance related to maintenance activities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in writing and updating SOPs, maintenance manuals, and equipment specifications
- Ability to develop maintenance plans for both internal staff and contractors
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans for repairing, maintaining, and testing systems such as production/packaging equipment, HVAC, utilities, and clean rooms
- Conduct failure analysis to improve equipment reliability and recommend replacements as needed
- Write, update, and approve technical documentation, including SOPs and specifications
- Support root cause identification for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for all maintenance activities
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
