Quality Inspector
Perform quality inspections of components, assemblies, and raw materials using RAM Optical Vision System and hand tools, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (General Dimension and Tolerances) is a plus
- Experience with quality techniques, root cause analysis, and sampling plans
- Ability to read and interpret specifications
- Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus
- Knowledge of measurement equipment, RAM Optical, tools, and gauges
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with quality inspection processes and non-conformance management
- Familiarity with vendor-specific quality metrics and audits
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming quality inspections of components, assemblies, and raw materials
- Use RAM Optical Vision System and general hand tools to inspect per assigned specifications
- Perform final inspections on outgoing finished goods and prepare necessary documentation
- Process non-conformances and assist the MRB team in disposition
- Organize and document inspection results and non-conformances
- Communicate with vendors, engineering, and purchasing to address quality-related issues
- Assist in vendor audits and track vendor-specific quality metrics as required
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
