Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in manufacturing inspection tools and non-destructive testing methods.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing

  • Experience with Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Non-destructive testing (NDT) Level II preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • AQL sampling, inspecting, or testing methods including MPI

  • Precision measuring tools for checking flatness, concentricity, and straightness of cylindrical components with close tolerance (.0005)

  • Technical Drawing Interpretation and applied knowledge of GD&T

  • Use of analog gages

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect machined components using CMM, Micrometer, Height Gauges, Caliper, bore gage, and MPI

  • Verify calibration of inspection equipment

  • Inspect final components to customer drawings, specifications, and procedures

  • Perform incoming inspection of raw material and components

  • Support Quality Assurance activities such as internal and external audits



Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
