CNC Programmer
Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer to develop machine programs for mills and lathes with up to 5-axis, and assist in high-volume production manufacturing plans.
$80k-100k/yr DoE
Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience with CNC Programming in Mastercam

Familiarity with SolidWorks and Mazaks

Knowledge of metal alloys and their usage within consumer and industrial products
Preferred Skills:

Experience in ISO/AS9100 facilities

Background working in or around a machine-shop
Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop machine programs for mills and lathes with up to 5-axis

Apply machining principles and GD&T
-
Create machining strategies from design data to produce machined hardware

Assist in developing manufacturing plans for high-volume production

Design custom tools and fixtures as needed

Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling based on job specifics

Validate and release programs to the production team

Own process improvement opportunities including reduced machining/setup time and improved part quality

Maintain configuration control of files and job records
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
