Summary: Seeking a Sr. Production Builder (1st shift) for assembly, testing, and inspection of electromagnetic hermetically sealed switches used in Aerospace and Defense industries.

Job Requirements:

  • Interpret product build details from blueprints with minimal guidance

  • Perform manufacturing operations including setup and breakdown of tooling/fixtures

  • Strong technical production knowledge and demonstrated capacity of LEVEL 2 package builds

  • Knowledge in Resistance Welding, TIG Welding, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Press Setup & Operation, Production Lathe setup and use, Electrical Testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Subject Matter Expert in build operations

  • Ability to identify nonconformances with material, equipment & tooling

  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble/test/inspect custom and catalog electromagnetic switches

  • Validate conformance at each step up to final product completion

  • Support Team Leader by providing guidance to operators in setup and quality requirement verification

  • Seek continuous improvement activities to reduce material scrap and improve yields



Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
