Assembly Tech B
Summary: Seeking an Assembly Tech B with RF or mechanical assembly experience, soldering skills, and the ability to read blueprints.
Requirements:
1 year of RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience
Basic math skills
HS diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures
Strong computer skills for specific programs and documentation access
Strong documentation and record keeping skills
Ability to work from product drawings, written and verbal instructions
Ability to work with electrical and mechanical test/inspection equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Workspace, BambooHR, Paycom & ADP, AwardCo
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, clean working environment per policies and procedures
Record/document inspection and test results, materials/parts, tools, fixtures as per specifications/procedures
Perform in-process inspections/tests such as workmanship, dimensional/interface gauging per specifications
Set up/operate equipment/tools/fixtures for cable prep/trimming per specifications
Assemble connectors, labels, parts to form complete cable assemblies per specifications
Conduct mechanical inspections/tests such as dimensional checks, connector cable retention, torque tests
Support QA functions in root cause analysis
Prepare work by studying product/process documentation, parts lists, tools/fixtures
Perform labor/parts transactions accurately/timely per policies/procedures
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
