Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic specialized in industrial maintenance to maintain, diagnose, and repair plant machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance

  • Proficiency in basic electrical tasks (using a multimeter, changing fuses, resetting drives/PLCs)

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to work continuous shifts near cold, heat, and noise

  • Ability to climb, stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, and kneel as required for job tasks

  • Must pass a drug test (9-panel excluding THC) and background check

Preferred Skills:

  • Safety-oriented with an organized approach to work

  • Self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation and work orders for maintenance tasks

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical equipment and motor machinery

  • Perform repairs on electrical components of machinery throughout the facility

  • Assemble and repair various equipment within the plant

  • Design and plan electrical components related to machinery as needed

  • Conduct routine lubrication maintenance on machinery

  • Address safety issues by identifying problems and performing repairs

  • Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedule

  • Operate material handling equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, etc.

  • Manage parts ordering and maintain inventory supplies

  • Inspect fire safety equipment periodically

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisor regarding operations

  • Document processes accurately

Additional Information: Training will occur on Crew 1 (Mon - Thur 7AM - 7PM). Regular hours are Fri - Sun from 7PM - 7AM. Work 36 hours but compensated for 52 hours at straight time.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
