Maintenance Electrician – Crew 3
Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Electrician for Crew 3 to diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical components and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Job Requirements:
High School education or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
Ability to work a schedule of 7AM - 7PM, Friday to Sunday (Crew 3)
Training availability on Crew 1 from Monday to Thursday (7AM - 7PM)
Able to work near cold, heat & noise continuously
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical activities such as climbing, standing, and crouching
Preferred Skills:
Basic Electrical skills including use of multimeter and resetting drives/PLC
Mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities:
Review work orders and documentation for maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical equipment and motor machinery
Perform repairs on electrical elements of machinery throughout the plant
Assemble and repair plant equipment as needed
Design and plan electrical components for machinery enhancement
Perform regular lubrication on machinery for optimal functioning
Identify safety concerns within the plant environment and execute necessary repairs
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedule
Operate material handling equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, etc.
Manage parts ordering and supplies inventory for maintenance tasks
Inspect fire and safety equipment regularly ensuring compliance with safety standards
Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding maintenance processes
Document all procedures related to equipment maintenance effectively
Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
