Maintenance Tech
Summary: Seeking 2 Maintenance Tech with extensive experience in plastics injection molding for equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing technician role within the plastics injection molding or associated industry

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in injection molding and automated environments
-
Proficiency in using maintenance, electrical, and hand tools
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with 3 Axis and 6 Axis Robots, Servo drives, packaging, and conveying equipment
-
Mid-level machining skills
-
Experience in a LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
-
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system problems on production machinery and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance tasks and complete maintenance work orders with detailed records
-
Implement safety improvements and continuous improvement corrective actions promptly
-
Coordinate with outside contractors for complex repairs as needed
-
Update lock out/tag out procedures for all equipment when necessary
-
Provide basic troubleshooting training to Operation Team members on equipment maintenance

Position is 2nd shift (7PM - 7AM), Monday through Thursday
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
