Summary: Seeking a CV Operator for Crew 2 to operate molding machines, perform quality inspections, and maintain equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous extrusion line experience

  • Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds from floor to chest

  • Ability to maneuver up to a 90deg reel with a Johnson Bar

  • Ability to climb several flights of stairs to the CV workstation

  • Ability to exert 25 pounds of force with cable cutters

  • Visual inspection skills for product quality

  • Proficiency in using handheld tools and measuring devices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environments

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate molding machines on Crew 2 (7PM - 7AM)

  • Train on Crew 1 (7AM - 7PM) for the first 4 months

  • Ensure compliance with company safety rules

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and workstation

  • Set up extruder tooling and associated line components as per Engineering Specifications

  • Monitor raw material supply for continuous operation

  • Perform measurements with approved devices to meet extrusion process specifications

  • Generate product identification tags and maintain accurate records

  • Complete CV Operator and CV Take-Up Operator Training Checklists

  • Take corrective actions for quality assurance

  • Participate in CV team meetings and continuous improvement projects

  • Contribute towards maintaining ISO certification

  • Adhere to System Level Procedures (SLPs)



Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
