Summary: Seeking a Material Handler B for 1st & 2nd shift to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 70+ pounds

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Ability to operate a forklift

  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Visual

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure orders are properly shipped using FedEx, DHL, and UPS software

  • Package and label orders correctly for shipping

  • Receive orders through the ERP system - Visual

  • Accept deliveries, unpack shipments, record information, and enter transactions into the ERP system

  • Assemble, pack, protect, and label containers for shipments

  • Document items shipped by recording identifying information and transport details

  • Assist in cycle counting exercises weekly and execute the annual physical inventory plan

  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet customer specifications

  • Store parts in appropriate locations and containers to ensure quality control

  • Track job time accurately through labor scanning



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
