Summary: Seeking Process Technicians for A and C shifts to focus on the manufacturing of advanced ceramics using CVD/CVC reactors.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with hazardous chemicals (acids, solvents)

  • Knowledge in CVD, vacuum, deposition, ceramic, silicon carbide, leak check, graphite, high-temperature processes

  • Forklift operation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process improvements and maintenance routines

  • Familiarity with statistical data evaluation for quality assurance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare graphite material to support reactor run orders

  • Load/unload graphite fixtures and remove deposited SiC material

  • Conduct pre-startup reviews and monitor reactor operations

  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration routines

  • Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of work areas

  • Provide detailed shift reports for seamless transitions

Level-Specific Responsibilities:

Level 1 ($20-$25):

  • Pre-startup testing and performance assessment for safety

  • Monitor reactor and equipment performance during operation

Level 2 ($24-$29):

  • Verify records adhere to quality assurance specifications

  • Compile/evaluate statistical data for product quality/reliability

Level 3 ($28-$35):

  • Test products at specified stages in production for performance characteristics



Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
