Summary: Seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for 1st shift to manage shipping activities, ensure accuracy, and handle HAZMAT materials.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 2 years of shipping/receiving experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Preferred Skills:

  • HAZMAT Department of Transportation (DOT) or International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification (preferred; required to attain in role)

  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Windows

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Prepare items for shipment using various packing methods

  • Review backlog to determine shipping priorities and methods

  • Use computer systems for shipping activities to ensure accuracy

  • Schedule pickups and prepare bills of lading for freight companies

  • Operate forklift truck and hand jacks to move shipments



Pay Details: $20.00 to $20.75 per hour
