Manufacturing Associate III – Optical (1st shift)
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Associate III specialized in optical processes for 1st shift with screen printing and blueprint reading experience.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Able to lift up to 50lbs
2-3 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in reading and interpreting BOMs, Routings, and blueprints
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
Preferred Skills:
Screen printing experience
Textile operation experience
Job Responsibilities:
Follow oral and written instructions accurately
Perform quality checks and record data hourly using proper measuring equipment
Verify tools, materials, and equipment for assigned work
Prepare raw materials and machines as per Process Documents
Complete job start-up and end tasks, recording production information using Day by Hour tracking sheet
Assist in training new employees for cross-training efforts
Maintain skill proficiency for full job responsibilities; take on new assignments and cross-train in other areas
Interface with Engineering on new product development and basic problem-solving
Basic troubleshooting on the production line
Clean and maintain work area throughout the shift
Participate in High Performance Teams
Sustain Safety and 5S program
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.75 per hour
