Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Associate III specialized in optical processes for 1st shift with screen printing and blueprint reading experience.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs

  • 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

  • Experience in reading and interpreting BOMs, Routings, and blueprints

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Screen printing experience

  • Textile operation experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow oral and written instructions accurately

  • Perform quality checks and record data hourly using proper measuring equipment

  • Verify tools, materials, and equipment for assigned work

  • Prepare raw materials and machines as per Process Documents

  • Complete job start-up and end tasks, recording production information using Day by Hour tracking sheet

  • Assist in training new employees for cross-training efforts

  • Maintain skill proficiency for full job responsibilities; take on new assignments and cross-train in other areas

  • Interface with Engineering on new product development and basic problem-solving

  • Basic troubleshooting on the production line

  • Clean and maintain work area throughout the shift

  • Participate in High Performance Teams

  • Sustain Safety and 5S program



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.75 per hour
