Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Associate III - Milling to handle mixing, lifting, and measuring powders in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

  • GED or HS Diploma required

  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience or demonstrated competency

  • Ability to perform complex math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions)

  • Must stand for long durations up to 8 hours and lift/move up to 40 lbs

  • Comfortable working around hazardous chemicals with appropriate PPE

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with weighing, mixing, and working with chemicals in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read work orders, batch cards, and blueprints to set up and operate ovens and mixers

  • Verify raw materials, tools, and equipment for mixing chemicals per batch specifications

  • Perform machine setups and operations; inspect finished materials for quality

  • Conduct machine maintenance and cleaning

  • Complete daily documentation and reporting accurately and on time

  • Sift, package, and label powders for workflow completion

  • Troubleshoot issues; communicate between departments; notify leaders/engineers as needed

  • Support LEAN initiatives; assist with training/shadowing; fill out improvement board information

  • Sustain Safety and 5S program; use appropriate PPE for designated areas



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
