Summary: Seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives, develop EHS programs, and support management in regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

  • Background in Chemistry or Semi-Conductor deposition

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS-related field or equivalent experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred

  • First Aid, CPR, OSHA 500 Certification a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with safety training and incident documentation

  • Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations

  • Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment and respiratory education

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures

  • Conduct employee safety training and new hire orientation

  • Document and analyze incident reports, develop corrective actions

  • Identify hazards, implement solutions, ensure availability of PPE

  • Manage hazard communication program and maintain SDS on chemicals

  • Oversee the safety committee and conduct plant safety tours

  • Maintain government certifications and assist HR with hearing tests

  • Participate in job safety analysis and establish first responder programs

  • Ensure proper waste disposal and coordinate emergency notifications

  • Prepare federal, state, local permit applications, maintain relationships with regulatory agencies



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
