Summary: Seeking a Draw & Strand Operator for Crew 2 to manage line operations, tooling setups, and quality control in the wire and cable industry.

Job Requirements:

  • High school degree required.

  • Experience in the wire & cable industry is a plus.

  • Understanding of basic line operation and components.

  • Familiarity with tools and measuring devices applicable to the industry.

  • Knowledge of ISO requirements related to production lines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Operation of pay-off and take-up equipment.

  • Selection and installation of gears and dyes.

  • Principles of welding.

  • Identification and tagging of finished products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company safety rules at all times.

  • Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.

  • Set up lines mechanically, including installation of necessary tooling.

  • Monitor raw material supply for continuous operation.

  • Perform measurements to ensure product specifications are met.

  • Verify calibration of measuring devices and take corrective action as needed.

  • Generate product identification tags and maintain accurate records.

  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Adhere to ISO certification requirements, System Level Procedures (SLP), and Process Controls (PC).



Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
