Quality Technician

Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician to conduct performance quality testing and manage certification and documentation processes.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Technician

• 1 year of experience as a machinist

• Proficiency in physical and mechanical testing (resin characteristics, tensile strength, climbing drum peel, compressive strength, pyrolysis)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills for effective information transfer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance quality testing using various equipment and methods

• Complete and approve certificates of conformance for customers

• Update quality data, including physical test data, mechanical test data, and inspection data

• Complete and send certification documents to customers

• Complete and update required quality documentation

• Perform quality and process audits

• Investigate quality issues, including root cause analysis and NCR closure

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
