Quality Inspector II
Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector II with experience in quality control and knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-620 requirements.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Prior quality control experience (2 years preferred)
Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and wiring schematics
Knowledge in use of mechanical measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, scales, microscopes)
Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-620 requirements
Intermediate or better knowledge of computer functionality and office software including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection duties on various types of cable assemblies, harnesses, and mechanical assemblies
Gather inspection data and distribute worksheets as required
Coordinate NC / RMA / MRB activities including completing forms, maintaining logs, and tracking to final disposition
Ensure a positive, safe workplace environment for all staff, customers, and suppliers
Ensure performance to all internal and external quality specifications
Train, mentor, and lead inspectors in incoming, in-process, final inspection procedures
Ensure inspections are completed using J-STD-001 & IPC-620 standards & maintain inspection logs
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
