Summary: Seeking Internal Sales Reps with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an internal sales manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive

  • Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access (preferred)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill customer opportunities such as quoting, purchase orders, expediting, and other requests

  • Perform data entry for opportunities, quotes, and sales orders

  • Conduct contract/purchase order reviews to ensure internal sales order accuracy

  • Review customer drawing revision levels and quality clauses

  • Respond quickly and proactively to team members and customer needs

  • Develop strong relationships with internal team members and customer contacts

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
