Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector to perform detailed inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards in a metal stamping environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, Tesa hite, CMM, Keyence, Virtek, pin gauges, thread gauges, gauge blocks, comparator).

  • Basic knowledge of ISO and AS standards.

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 5 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Familiarity with AS9100D and ISO 13485 standards.

  • Experience with MRP systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the metal stamping industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret customer blueprints.

  • Compile and document data from blueprints onto data collection forms.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all parts remain within tolerance throughout the production process.

  • Comply with AS and ISO standards.

  • Perform various inspections including FAI, IPI, and final inspections.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
