Summary: Seeking an Assembler II with experience in production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Vocational or technical education or certification may be required

Preferred Skills:

  • 0-3 years of medical/clinical experience or exposure

  • Experience working under a microscope

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive to nonrepetitive production assembly operations on various assemblies and subassemblies

  • Work from visual aids, diagrams, schematics, and written/verbal instructions

  • Set initial layouts using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws

  • Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed items

  • Perform quality inspections according to specifications

  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies as needed

  • Support manufacturing operations including assembly, machinery processing, packaging, and distribution

  • Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in production/processing operations

  • Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines

  • May assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control or storage in distribution centers

  • Provide guidance to new or entry-level employees

Pay: 20-24

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
