Summary: Seeking an Automation Technician to support the implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of high-speed production equipment and automation systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Must pass drug test (NO THC) and background check.

  • AS in Automation Technology or Mechatronics preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with instrumentation, process controls, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, conveying equipment, PLCs, and HMIs.

  • Proficient in English language (reading, writing, comprehension).

  • Strong analytical, math, computer, and electronics skills.

  • Ability to work with hand tools and various instruments.

  • Capable of adapting and effectively responding to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical problem-solving capabilities.

  • Quality conscious with attention to detail.

  • Effective time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IA & IEP teams to implement technology ensuring quality production and process optimization.

  • Monitor automated systems; perform routine diagnostic checks.

  • Analyze data from automation systems; summarize data for reports as needed.

  • Isolate problems; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or computer system issues.

  • Perform repairs ensuring efficient operational functionality; seek technical support as needed.

  • Participate in team problem-solving efforts; follow company policies/procedures and international standards for certification/QMS.

  • Promote safety by following related policies/procedures including wearing PPE as required.

  • Maintain regular attendance and excellent housekeeping per 5S standards.

  • Perform duties outside normal work hours as required.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
