Summary: Seeking an Automated Assembly Machine Operator to manage the operation, maintenance, and quality control of automated assembly machines.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Must pass drug test (NO THC) and background check

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

    • Basic computer skills

  • Preferred Skills:

    • 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience

    • Strong initiative for continuous improvement

    • Administrative & record-keeping skills

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Load plastic capacitor housing onto starting station of automated assembly machine

    • Feed coils of stamped material into automated assembly machine

    • Prepare capacitor trays by setting them to appropriate size

    • Manually straighten and trim capacitor leads

    • Operate automated assembly machine and handle finished capacitors

    • Visually inspect finished capacitors and record lot numbers

    • Complete necessary paperwork and follow company policies and safety rules



Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
