Solderer (2nd shift)
Summary: Seeking a Solderer (2nd shift) skilled in PC board soldering, surface mount, and through-hole techniques.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
ITAR compliance
7-year county background check
4-panel drug test excluding THC
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kan Ban and small-batch size requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Perform moderately complex assembly and soldering tasks using tools such as hot tweezers, cutters, soldering iron, solder pot, stereo microscope
Update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements
Conduct complex inspection of solder joints
Perform production assembly from formal work instructions and drawings
Work on multiple products within the department or company
Provide training to lower-level employees with support from lead
Lead task groups in the absence of lead personnel
Assist with inventory and department status activities under guidance from lead
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
