Jr. Quality Operations Analyst
Summary: Seeking a Jr. Quality Operations Analyst with 3+ years of material planning experience in a manufacturing environment to support various quality and operational activities.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience with material planning in a manufacturing environment
HS Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment; MRP/ERP systems, MS Office
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Excel Power-BI skills
Job Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance/accounting & quality group activities and initiatives
Maintain, review, and report key quality metrics (e.g., returned materials authorization, nonconformance materials)
Monitor the company's quality ISO auditing program
Assist with compliance requests such as FAI, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals
Support safety inspections and audits
Assist Department Manager in planning and coordinating business operations
Interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Delegate and communicate information as directed by Department Manager
Design and implement processes using lean manufacturing principles
Assist associate ISO 9001 auditors
Support company training program
Oversee top customer(s) Corrective Action Program
Physical Requirements:
Sit, talk, hear; use hands to type, handle or feel; stand, walk and reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs; specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision.
Required PPE:
As stipulated by posting in designated area
Identifiable Job Hazards:
Work with or around compressed gases, Acetone, IPA; occasional high noise levels
Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
