Maintenance Data Entry Assistant

Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Data Entry Assistant for 1st shift to assist with scanning and inputting maintenance records.

Requirements:

• High attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions closely

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Fluency in English and Spanish)

• Proficient in scanning and uploading documents

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and basic office software

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Maintenance Lead to scan and input past work orders and machine maintenance records into the server

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all relevant maintenance data

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
