Summary: Seeking an Office Manager with extensive experience in office and accounting management, proficient in ERP systems, and capable of supervising staff and managing administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Two-year associate degree or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum five years of general office and accounting experience

  • Familiar with applicable employment laws

  • Proficient in ERP and database systems

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to guide, lead, and direct employee relation activities

  • Extensive knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing

  • Supervise front office staff as appropriate

  • Support regional initiatives, information requests, and centralized administrative functions (A/P, A/R, collections)

  • Support local administrative initiatives (training records, quality system tasks, monthly reports)

  • Handle daily invoicing of shipped products and submit supporting data to Dallas-Shared Services

  • Process payroll accurately including compiling, checking, transmitting data to Dallas-Shared Services

  • Manage all in-house human resources duties (new hires, terminations, insurance inquiries)

  • Ensure appropriate documentation is forwarded to HR or Employee Services

  • Answer telephones, process mail, manage day-to-day office operations



Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
