Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Summary: Seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk with experience in computer applications and shipping operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in computer applications including Microsoft Office

• Ability to learn new software programs related to function

• Minimum 1 year shipping experience desired

• Must pass a drug and background check (No THC)

• Must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder

Responsibilities:

• Maintain shipping and receiving area as needed

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

• Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed

• Interact with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules

• Inspect and record incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.

• Report any irregularities or other discrepancies/concerns to supervisor immediately

• Promote and practice safety and good housekeeping

• Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position

• Responsible for the care and treatment of customer's inventory

• Perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
