QC Inspector

Summary: Seeking a QC Inspector with expertise in CMM operation, programming, and dimensional inspections on machined and sheet metal components.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in CMM operation and programming

• Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges

• Ability to read and understand product specifications from prints

• Experience with Excel

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CMM for inspection tasks

• Conduct dimensional inspections on both machined and sheet metal components

• Interpret customer specifications accurately

• Maintain detailed records of acceptance and rejection for quality assurance

• Engage actively in the corrective/preventive action program

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytic ability

• Attention to detail

• Capacity to work independently

Interview Process: In-person interviews will be conducted following initial phone screening.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
