Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product compliance, perform inspections, and maintain calibration of tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Clear knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical technology

  • Familiarity with workmanship standards and drawing interpretation

  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

  • Knowledge of statistics and process control techniques

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

  • Proficient in the use of precision dimensional inspection tools and gauges

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Tool Crib Calibration and QC inspection

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SMS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts and materials for compliance with requirements

  • Evaluate defects in real time and prepare QA documentation

  • Verify corrective actions and rework implementation

  • Generate/verify traceability information and interface with internal customers

  • Conduct inspection duties for antenna components manufacturing, including calibration processes and procedures

  • Calibrate tools such as gauges, calipers, micrometers; schedule tool/test equipment calibration on/off-site

  • Support management in metrology supplier selection; maintain calibration databases

  • Assure conformance of jigs, fixtures, tooling from engineering drawings or prototypes

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • At least five years related experience in mechanical inspection techniques.

 



Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
