Press Brake Operator

Summary: Seeking Press Brake Operators with expertise in metal fabrication and CNC equipment operation for precision work and machine maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a press brake operator

• Proficiency in bending processes

• Ability to interpret dimensions and calculations, including working with decimals for precise measurements

• Competence in selecting appropriate dies for tasks

• Capability to analyze diagrams to determine the sequence of bends for accurate part formation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with setting up and operating machinery such as brakes, rolls, sheers, saws, and presses

• Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering specifications

• Knowledgeable in selecting, positioning, and securing blades, cutters, and fixtures on machines

• Vigilant in observing machine operations to make necessary adjustments or programming changes

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure machines are operating at full capacity while being well-maintained

• Stock machines with required materials and perform periodic output checks

• Review finished products for quality assurance before proceeding to the next production step

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
