Distribution Center Team Member

Summary: Seeking a Distribution Center Team Member - Outbound for order fulfillment and shipping within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Preferably with 6 months of experience in a warehouse or production environment

• Ability to read and comprehend English for effective product handling

• Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment

• Capable of operating or learning to use material handling equipment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in using RF devices for inventory management

• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations for shipping hazardous materials

Responsibilities:

• Meet established KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, and attendance

• Efficiently pull products from stock based on pick lists

• Prioritize filling orders with products that have the earliest expiration dates

• Pack products carefully ensuring safe and economical delivery

• Verify product accuracy against invoices and ensure inclusion of all necessary literature

• Comply with regulations for shipping hazardous materials

• Maintain accuracy in manifest documents and select cost-effective shipping methods

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
