Assembly Tech
Summary: Seeking an Assembly Tech B to prepare, assemble, inspect, and test high-frequency RF Microwave cable assemblies.
Job Requirements:

Must pass a background check and drug test.

1 year of RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience.

Basic math skills.
-
High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures.

Strong computer skills for specific program operations and documentation access.

Proficient in documentation and record keeping.

Able to interpret product drawings, written, and verbal instructions.

Experience using electrical and mechanical test and inspection equipment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean working environment following company policies and procedures.
-
Record all assembly-related inspection/test results accurately.
-
Perform in-process inspections/tests according to product/process specifications.

Operate equipment/tools/fixtures for cutting, prepping, trimming cable as specified.

Assemble connectors, labels, parts to form complete cable assemblies per specifications.

Conduct mechanical inspections/tests such as dimensional checks and connector cable retention/torque assessments.

Assist QA functions with root cause analysis when required.

Prepare work by reviewing product/process documentation, parts lists, tools/fixtures.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
