Rental Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Rental Coordinator to support inside sales and manage equipment rental logistics, quality assurance, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• Experience in packing and shipping

• Knowledge or experience in quality assurance

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in asset management and inventory logistics

• Ability to perform equipment quality checks and calibrations

Responsibilities:

• Support the rentals inside sales coordinator

• Ensure returned equipment is clean and meets quality standards

• Complete rental kits for shipment

• Provide customer service for equipment orders/returns

• Coordinate orders and manage inventory of rental equipment

• Prepare equipment for customer orders, including cleaning, software updates, etc.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
