Summary: Seeking 3 experienced Assemblers with expertise in cable/wire harness assembly, soldering, and blueprint interpretation for a mid to high-level position.

Requirements:

  • Must have cable/wire harness experience

  • Soldering proficiency required

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

  • Mechanical skills essential

  • Wiring knowledge necessary

  • Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification mandatory

  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines desirable

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, torquing to specification beneficial

  • Knowledge of applying heat shrink sleeving and boots advantageous

  • Soldering pins, contacts, and solder cups skill preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble product parts on assembly line following production guidelines

  • Read and comprehend blueprints, wiring diagrams, travelers, bills of material

  • Conduct spot checks of products for quality assurance

  • Report product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management

  • Comply with company policies and safety regulations

  • Use personal protective equipment as per training guidelines

  • Keep work area organized and clean

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Information: This role operates on a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Monday-Friday one week and Monday - Thursday the next. Applicants must present U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate at interview.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
