Avionics Technician

Summary: Seeking Avionics Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics and electronic equipment with adherence to manuals and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Avionics/electric A/C Technical School or substantiated equivalent experience

• 0 - 2 years of avionics work experience or an equivalent level of experience

• Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings

• Effective communication skills for conveying individual and/or aircraft status

• Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FAA background checks and drug tests

• Flexibility to work any assigned shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and servicing of aircraft avionics

• Document all work performed following appropriate manuals and regulations

Additional Information:

• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person as defined by regulations

• Available to work first (7AM -3:30PM), second (3:30PM -11:30PM), or third shift (11PM - 7AM)

• Must undergo a drug test and background check

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
