Summary: Seeking a Compound - Manufacturing Associate II with experience in chemical machine operation and production of high-quality goods.

Job Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience or demonstrated competency

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as a Machine Operator preferred

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Familiarity with chemicals, solvents, and primers beneficial

  • Competence in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

  • Effective attention to detail and strong English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize solvents and mix compounds according to product specifications

  • Read work orders, batch cards, and blueprints for machine setup and operation

  • Ensure correct raw materials, tools, and equipment are available for operations

  • Use measuring devices such as calipers and verniers for quality evaluation

  • Accurately complete documentation and reporting requirements on time

  • Package products/materials properly for workflow completion

  • Communicate between departments regarding issues; notify leaders/engineers as needed

  • Work cross-functionally in designated areas to support overall business needs

  • Support LEAN initiatives, High Performance teams, training/shadowing new staff

  • Maintain safety standards; use appropriate PPE in designated areas

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
