Summary: Seeking a Shipper - Receiver with experience in inventory tracking systems, warehouse activities and capable of performing multiple functions daily.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • A minimum of 1-year related experience

  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems

  • Understanding of warehouse activities

  • Computer skills required

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily receipt of incoming materials at all levels

  • Conduct shipments as needed

  • Post all transactions into material tracking system

  • Prepare and pack orders for both domestic and international shipments as needed

  • Assemble orders; check against shipping or customer order, report shortages and incomplete orders

  • Operate standard manual and automatic equipment, such as electronic scales, foam machine, paper cutter and automatic bagger

  • Receive and unpack materials and supplies

  • Complete receiving reports specified in standard procedures

  • Perform weekly cycle counts for production Kanban's and stockroom. Reconcile any discrepancies

  • Move or expedite material to proper department or storage location

Preferred Skills:

-Some knowledge of UPS and FEDEX software

-Crosstraining in all functions of the Material's group

-Full understanding of product tracking

-Capability to lift heavy objects.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
