Manufacturing Associate III
Summary: Hiring a Manufacturing Associate III specialized in optical operations for second shift, focusing on screen printing, blueprint reading and quality checks.
Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status
-
Minimum of 2 to 3 years prior manufacturing experience

Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience reading and interpreting BOMs, Routings and blue prints
-
Ability to work proficiently in multiple product areas and perform complex processes
-
Willingness to work overtime as required and be flexible with shifts
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in screen printing or textile operation
-
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
-
Good mathematical skills
Job Responsibilities:
-
Follow oral and written instructions accurately, completing tasks timely
-
Perform hourly quality checks using proper measuring equipment
-
Verify correctness of obtained tools, materials, and equipment for assigned work
-
Prepare raw materials and machines according to Process Documents
-
Record production information using Day by Hour tracking sheet
-
Assist in cross-training efforts for current and new employees
-
Interface with Engineering on new product development
-
Perform basic troubleshooting on production line
-
Maintain cleanliness of work area before, during, and at end of shift
-
Participate in High Performance Teams & sustain Safety/5S program
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
