Receptionist II
Summary: Seeking a Receptionist II with strong administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office for dynamic support across multiple departments.
Job Requirements:

Minimum High School diploma; Associate degree preferred.

At least 2 years of professional office administrative experience, ideally supporting a multi-leader organization.

Experience with making travel arrangements; coordinating on/offsite meetings is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint including table creation and mail merges.
Preferred Skills:

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Job Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, ensuring professional hospitality.

Notify off-site Facility Security Officer (FSO) when foreign visitors are present.

Direct visitors and employees to appropriate staff members efficiently.

Process on-site visitors following security check-in procedures including verification of citizenship documents.

Maintain security by adhering to protocols, monitoring sign-in/out logbooks, and issuing visitor badges while tracking them diligently.

Provide varied administrative support to multiple departments as needed.

Organize internal/external meetings and events with complete coordination from calendar management to catering arrangements.

Facilitate team member onboarding and offboarding processes including equipment setup requests and system access.

Manage incoming mail and packages distribution to appropriate departments promptly.

Craft high-quality emails and messages for individuals at all organizational levels as required.

Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the organization.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
