  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production leadership
    • Experience leading small teams and troubleshooting production issues
    • Must be bilingual in Spanish
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Punctual and reliable

  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met
    • Coordinate with other departments for material flow
    • Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to enhance productivity
    • Troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime
    • Analyze data for trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities
    • Lead projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment


Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
