Summary: Seeking a Capacity Planning Engineer with expertise in system design evaluation, engineering model development, and financial management for federal programs.

  • Job Requirements:

    • US Citizenship and active Top Secret Clearance
    • BA/BS degree
    • 8+ years evaluating system designs for scale and budget needs
    • Experience with estimation techniques and developing 'Basis of Estimates'
    • Financial management experience for federal programs ($50+ million)
    • Cloud-based environment experience (AWS, Azure)

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Government Cyber Mission Space and legal constraints (FISMA, FIPS, SecOps)
    • Experience with Elastic Cloud Enterprise and other Elastic products
    • Understanding of DHS CDM Program requirements

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop engineering models for planning technical resource growth
    • Evaluate customer needs to articulate resource demands and financial impacts
    • Manage system financial plans and budgets


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
