Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise in developing quality standards, quality systems auditing, and Six Sigma methodologies for automotive and agricultural sectors.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
    • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering
    • Proficiency in developing quality standards and conducting quality systems audits
    • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles, FMEA, PPAP

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment
    • ISO or IATF experience
    • ASQ or Black Belt certification

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing strategic plans to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
    • Analyze failure and corrective actions for customer complaints
    • Lead problem identification and corrective action teams
    • Investigate product and process issues
    • Enhance the quality system through continual improvement activities


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
