Summary: Seeking a Welding Engineer experienced in resistance welding and robotics for maintenance, project management, and process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Welding Engineering or Welding Technologist program preferred

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in resistance welding in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with projection, resistance, and GMAW welding

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with FANUC robots

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on mechanical systems designs for assembly applications including welders, robots, conveyance, and transfer systems

  • Manage projects from quoting phase through commissioning and production

  • Support production personnel in root cause analysis and problem resolution

  • Optimize line throughput while maintaining customer weld specifications during process development

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance weld quality

  • Evaluate weld documentation and test results for compliance with customer specifications



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
