Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Manager with extensive automotive manufacturing experience to oversee maintenance operations in a Tier 1 automotive plant.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

  • Extensive knowledge of automotive welding and fabrication processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Fanuc Robotics, Bosch, Fronius, WTC, Lincoln, Tregaskis, Milco, DCMF

  • Experience with stamping (press and dies) plants

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize facility operations

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff for repair and preventive tasks

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively

  • Collaborate with internal departments to schedule maintenance activities

  • Utilize technical knowledge in robotics, welding, electrical systems, and logic controllers

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all maintenance activities

  • Oversee procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
