Maintenance Manager - Automotive
Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Manager with extensive automotive manufacturing experience to oversee maintenance operations in a Tier 1 automotive plant.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Extensive knowledge of automotive welding and fabrication processes
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Fanuc Robotics, Bosch, Fronius, WTC, Lincoln, Tregaskis, Milco, DCMF
Experience with stamping (press and dies) plants
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize facility operations
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff for repair and preventive tasks
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Collaborate with internal departments to schedule maintenance activities
Utilize technical knowledge in robotics, welding, electrical systems, and logic controllers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all maintenance activities
Oversee procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
