Summary: Seeking a Control Valve Technician experienced in Fisher Valves, Valv-Tech, or Masonnelin valves for maintenance and repair tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Fisher Valves, Valv-Tech, or Masonnelin valves.

  • Ability to tear down, troubleshoot, repair, and work on actuators and DVCs.

  • Level II or III technician experience (Emerson, Fisher, ValvSource, TEAM).

Preferred Skills:

  • No experience from Setpoint.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot valves and electric actuators (480v).

  • Assemble new or repaired equipment.

  • Document repair activities including cause of failure and actions taken.

  • Communicate with customers for technical assistance and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in field and shop service calls.

  • Disassemble parts for cleanup and evaluation.

  • Develop parts list for repairs.

  • Perform sandblasting and painting as needed.

  • Coordinate repairs based on customer requirements.

  • Fill out comprehensive repair reports.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
