Summary: Seeking an Assembly Area Manager with automotive experience to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume, non-union assembly plant.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years in automotive operations

  • Previous supervisory/management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and applicable applications

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent people/communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities for the Assembly Departments

  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Control Departments

  • Meet production requirements while minimizing overtime

  • Address associate and production issues promptly, fostering an open-door policy

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reductions with minimal supervision



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
