Assistant Production Manager

Summary: Seeking an Assistant Production Manager for managing night shift production lines and employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Degree in business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology or related field, or combination of education and experience

• Managerial experience in a high-volume production/manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FANUC Robot Welding Line

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process ensuring timely and quality output

• Manage and supervise production employees including Area Leaders, Team Leaders, and direct production employees

• Plan, assign, and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems

• Interview, hire, train employees; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees

• Provide training and facilitate process improvements to ensure World Class Manufacturing standards are met

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
